A Pakistani company has secured a new export contract to supply frozen meat to Saudi Arabia, marking a major win for the country’s meat-export sector. The The Organic Meat Company Limited (TOMCL) signed a one-year deal worth US $5.02 million with Al‑Abeer Cold Store Trading of Saudi Arabia.
Under the agreement — formalized at the recent Karachi FoodAg Expo — Pakistan will export frozen meat under a private-label arrangement for distribution through Al-Abeer’s supply network in Saudi Arabia.
Industry experts consider this contract a positive step toward strengthening Pakistan’s presence in Middle Eastern meat markets and a boost to the nation’s agricultural export portfolio.
