A recent concert by Atif Aslam at the DHA Sports Club (Moin Khan Academy) in Karachi, held as part of “PRISM Fest ’25”, was overshadowed by widespread chaos and mismanagement.
Attendees reported long delays entering the venue, disorganised ticketing and multiple queues merging without clear segregation of VIP or general-admission lines. Some VIP ticket-holders claimed the audio quality was so poor their seats received almost no sound.
Event-goers also voiced concerns over crowd control and event staff’s conduct — with some describing the experience as “one of the worst” they’ve had at a local concert.
Despite the logistical issues, Atif Aslam did perform his set, but the audience’s mood was dampened by the mismanagement. Organiser PRISM Events and Tours now faces significant public backlash and calls for better standards at future shows.
