Hajj 2026 arrangements

Hajj 2026 arrangements continue on schedule as Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony dismissed rumors about delays or disruptions in the pilgrimage process.

A spokesperson from the ministry confirmed that Hajj 2026 arrangements follow the official timeline. He rejected claims linking regional tensions to possible changes in the pilgrimage schedule and called such reports inaccurate and misleading.

Officials clarified that the government has not decided to suspend or delay Hajj flights. Meanwhile, authorities are actively managing logistics and travel preparations to ensure Pakistani pilgrims experience a smooth journey.

The ministry also confirmed that officials are currently processing pilgrim visas. Teams are completing travel documentation and coordinating with Saudi authorities to prevent last-minute problems.

Officials said they will announce the detailed Hajj flight schedule after Eid-ul-Fitr. After the announcement, pilgrims will receive full details about their departure dates, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, and other travel arrangements.

This year, around 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims plan to perform Hajj. Among them, about 119,210 pilgrims will travel under the government scheme, while 60,000 pilgrims will perform Hajj through private tour operators.

Authorities stressed that Hajj 2026 arrangements continue smoothly and advised pilgrims to trust only official updates from the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Officials also said the ministry will provide updates about flights, visas, and travel plans through its official website and the Pak Hajj mobile application.

The government reaffirmed its commitment to completing all logistical and administrative preparations on time so Pakistani pilgrims can perform Hajj comfortably and without difficulties.
