At least eight members of a single family were killed and two others wounded in a fatal road accident in Hyderabad, Pakistan, after their car collided with a truck late Friday night. The collision occurred on Kotri Site Road when the car, reportedly travelling at high speed, struck the rear of the truck, killing the victims instantly. The family was en route to Thatta at the time of the crash. Police and rescue teams transported the injured to Civil Hospital, Hyderabad, and used machinery to extract some of the bodies from the wreckage. Authorities have arrested the truck driver and initiated an investigation into the incident.
