Under the plan, many government employees will work remotely, while educational institutions will remain closed for around two weeks to reduce travel and fuel usage. Authorities say the measures are intended to ease pressure on energy resources and help manage the economic impact of the fuel crisis.
In addition, the government has introduced other cost-cutting steps, including reductions in salaries for lawmakers and ministers and restrictions on official expenditures. Officials say these steps are part of a broader strategy to manage the ongoing economic challenges facing the country.
