In Hyderabad, the Sindh Police announced the dismantling of a robbery gang accused of ransacking the home of a Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) MNA.
According to the police, the gang broke into the residence, looted valuables, and held the family hostage for hours before fleeing the scene.
The police say the group has been operating on a larger scale and have arrested several suspects while investigations continue to identify further members and connections.
