A recent report highlights that millions of residents continue to suffer from inconsistent water supply, deteriorating sewerage networks, and chronic infrastructure failures across the city.
Experts point to systemic issues — including ageing pipelines, widespread leakages, inadequate wastewater-treatment facilities, and persistent underfunding — as key drivers of the crisis.
