COAS arranges an iftar supper for the Pakistan cricket squad

The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Syed Asim Munir, held an iftar supper for the Pakistan cricket team on Monday at Army House in Rawalpindi, according to a military release.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the cricket squad received and completed physical training at the Army School of Physical Training (ASPT) camp in Kakul, Abbottabad.

COAS spoke with the players and wished them the best of luck in their future pursuits.

The cricketers complimented COAS for the outstanding training they received at Kakul, as well as the army’s involvement in promoting sports in Pakistan.
