Pakistani YouTuber Rajab Butt has been deported from the United Kingdom after British authorities cancelled his visa following the discovery that he failed to disclose multiple pending criminal cases in Pakistan at the time of his visa application.
His visa — originally valid until 2027 — was revoked by the UK Home Office once the omissions came to light, leading to an order for his immediate removal. Butt boarded a morning flight back to Pakistan under deportation orders.
Upon return, Butt is expected to face pending legal cases in Pakistan. Authorities had earlier registered multiple cases against him, including allegations of promoting gambling and betting applications via social-media content.
