Karachi Temperature TodayScorching heat and clear skies mark today’s weather in Karachi.

Karachi temperature today is turning heads—and raising eyebrows. As the sun blazed down on the city this Sunday, the mercury climbed dangerously close to the 40°C mark, setting the stage for another sweltering day.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Karachi temperature today is expected to range between 39°C and 40°C. That’s right—summer is in full force, and the heat shows no signs of slowing down.

The early hours weren’t exactly refreshing either. The city woke up to a warm breeze and a minimum temperature of 31°C, making even the mornings feel like midday.

Winds are expected to blow from the west and southwest at speeds between 15 and 45 kilometers per hour. It’s not much relief, but it’s something.

While Karachi temperature today continues to soar, the rest of the country isn’t spared either. The Met Office has predicted mostly hot and dry conditions across Pakistan for the next twelve hours.

However, it’s not all sun and sweat—there’s a glimmer of variety. Upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir might see partly cloudy skies with a chance of rain and thundershowers. A small break for a few, while the rest of the country sizzles.

Here’s how other cities fared this morning:

  • Islamabad: 18°C

  • Lahore: 24°C

  • Peshawar: 23°C

  • Quetta: 25°C

  • Gilgit: 17°C

  • Murree: 12°C

  • Muzaffarabad: 19°C

Meanwhile, over in Punjab, the weather took a violent turn. Severe storms wreaked havoc on Saturday, killing at least 14 people and injuring more than 92 others. Buildings crumbled, debris flew, and chaos unfolded in multiple cities.

In Lahore, flights were delayed or rerouted at Allama Iqbal International Airport. LESCO responded with a red alert due to widespread power outages.

Islamabad and Rawalpindi got a much-needed breather, though. The same storm brought rain, hail, and a sharp drop in temperature—finally putting an end to a long, relentless heatwave. Rawalpindi even declared a rain emergency.

As the day unfolds, all eyes are on Karachi temperature today, with residents bracing for the peak heat hours. Stay hydrated, stay cool, and avoid the outdoors unless necessary—this heat means business.
