Karachi: Three days after a young man was kidnapped, shot, and abandoned near Razzaqabad Dhani Partu Goth in Shah Latif Town, a complaint was filed against four unknown armed suspects.
Muhammad Arif, the father of Mismar, reported the attempted murder of his son to police in Shah Latif Town, Karachi, under FIR No. 24/1317
Muhammad Arif, the complainant, alleged that he lives in Malir Cantt and is a former K-Electric employee. On October 13, he traveled with his wife, mother, and kid to Korangi to see his ailing sister.
When they approached Rado Bakery after descending from Shah Faisal Bridge, a car with four people pulled over.
The perpetrators dragged Mismar into their vehicle, taking his licensed 9mm gun, mobile phone, admission card, and other documents.
The victim also reported that all four perpetrators wore masks. He tried to join his son by sitting in their car, but the suspects pushed him out near Murtaza Chowrangi.
He promptly called the police via the Madadgar 15 helpline and contacted his son-in-law to begin hunting for his son.
Throughout the hunt, Shah Latif Town police contacted to notify him that the culprits had opened fire on his son repeatedly and wounded him. Doctors admitted his son to Jinnah Hospital in serious condition.
Arif believes that the four unidentified individuals shot his kid out of an unknown hatred and have sought legal action.
On Sunday night, armed suspects kidnapped a father and son in Shah Faisal Colony, robbed them, and shot the young man. The wounded civilian said the abductors drove a white car with police plates and claimed to be CTD officials.
