“Stop the genocide in Gaza,” urge Karachiites during solidarity night

Gaza

Thousands of Karachiites gathered at Shahrae Quaideen for the Gaza Solidarity Night, organized by Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi, to support Palestinians facing Israeli aggression and crimes against humanity.

Following Taraveeh prayers, a significant number of Port City inhabitants from all walks of life gathered at Shahrae-Quaideen. Women and children also took part in the event.

The attendees, carrying placards and banners, shouted chants condemning the Zionist regime and its sympathizers in the Muslim world, particularly Pakistan.

JI Karachi Ameer Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman delivered the presidential speech, while Hamas leader Khalid Qadomi also addressed the audience. Other speakers were JI leader Osama Razai and MPA Farooq Farhan.

Naeemur Rehman paid gratitude to the attendees and highlighted the event’s wonderful importance. “We are ashamed as a nation that despite having all resources and missiles and nukes, we as a whole are unable to get the genocide in Gaza to an end,” he went on to say.

“We are united with Palestinians on the basis of Islam, no one can undo this relationship,” he went on to say.

He urged that the government transport the injured Palestinians to Karachi so that the JI could arrange for medical care for them.

Israel has killed nearly 32,000 innocent Palestinians, he claimed, adding that if the Muslim world had any self-esteem, not a single kid would have died.

On the occasion, he stated unequivocally that the nation will not tolerate the domination of the United States, Israel, or India. Those that deceive the country in this respect should clean up their act, he added.

Dr Khalid Qadomi, Hamas’ leader, also addressed the ceremony via video connection. He praised Karachiites and Naeemur Rehman for their support.

He made it clear that the resistance fighters were fighting for more than just a piece of land, but also for the future of the whole Muslim world, since Israel is the enemy of the entire Muslim bloc.

He stated over a million Palestinians have been uprooted and forced to hunger, and Gaza is the Muslim World’s duty.

MPA Farooq Farhan remarked in his remarks that the solidarity night demonstrated Karachi’s support for Palestinians and the notion of Umma.

Over the last 170 days, Gaza has been bombarded with explosives, killing an average of eight innocent civilians each hour.

He claimed that the two-state solution notion had perished beneath the rubble of Gaza.

He said that Pakistan’s missile and nuclear programs were designed to protect the nation and the Umma. He further stated that no compromise will be made between the two initiatives.
