In a horrifying event, a software developer assassinated a company’s chief operating officer (CEO) over unpaid compensation in Karachi.
According to reports, the incident began at a workplace in Shahrai-e-Faisal when a software engineer, outraged by non-payment of his salary, attacked the company’s CEO.
In the evening, Shoaib, a software engineer, entered the workplace and proceeded straight to Naveed’s room. During a violent disagreement and scuffle, Shoaib assaulted the company’s CEO with a sharp instrument, seriously wounding him.
In an attempt to save his life, Naveed fled the office and slumped in the basement. He was taken to a nearby hospital but died from his injuries.
Following the crime, Shoaib stayed in the workplace with the murder weapon and was eventually apprehended by authorities. Naveed, the third of six brothers, left behind three children. – supernews.pk
