Karachi police have solved the murder case involving a seven-year-old kid called Abhan Mazhar, and caught the supposed perpetrator, who turned out to be his cousin.
In a statement, SSP Central Zeeshan Siddiqui revealed that Abhan’s 15-year-old cousin Sufyan admitted to killing him because they shared a residence in Federal B Area Block 16.
Citing Sufyan’s confessional remark, the police officer alleged that the accused murdered his cousin for complaining to his father. “We had suspicions about the accused from day one,” Siddiqui continued.
According to the suspect, he killed the 7-year-old youngster near Dhobi Ghat with a home knife and threw him into the woods beyond the Cardio hospital.
A tragic event occurred in Karachi, when a 7-year-old child named Abhan was allegedly kidnapped and then discovered near a hospital in critically damaged condition.
According to police authorities, the deceased youngster was discovered in severe condition and died as a result of his injuries while being sent to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medical treatment.
The eyewitness to the incident stated that individuals around attempted to save the youngster by tying a cloth to the wound, but their efforts were insufficient.
According to the police, the deceased left his home two hours ago to go to a shop, where some residents of the F.B. area discovered him in injured condition. However, some eyewitnesses to the incident claimed that some unidentified men in a car dropped him near the hospital and fled the scene.
