According to the Karachi Police Chief, at least 31 people were murdered and more than 80 injured in the first two months of the year when three shopkeepers went to the vegetable market at Malir Halt in the early hours of the day to fight robbery.
Three vendors visiting the vegetable market at Malir Halt in Karachi were robbed and wounded when thieves opened fire on them. The injured vendors told police that the guy had previously perpetrated the heist in the same market.
According to eyewitnesses, the injured rushed to the gas station to save their lives.
During the first two months of 2024, thousands of offenders returned to street crimes and robberies, depriving residents of possessions. Residents of Karachi have requested that an aggressive operation against street criminals be launched, as well as an end to the transfer of illicit weapons.
