However, following a search operation, the bomb disposal unit concluded that the warning was false.
The event occurred when railway officials were notified of the existence of a suspicious luggage at the station, prompting rapid action. Responding to the possible threat, train police immediately summoned the bomb disposal unit for a comprehensive examination.
Concerns have been raised about a potential explosive device near Cantt Station’s mosque, according to SHO Arshad Kayani. Based on this information, the railway police worked with the bomb disposal unit to analyze the situation.
Following a search, bomb disposal squad officials found there was no genuine danger, comforting commuters and station staff.
