Sindh Home Minister Ziaul Hassan Lanjar paid a visit to the Central Police Office on Wednesday as the principal guest at an event to promote inspectors to the position of deputy superintendent of police (DSP). Officials stated that 99 inspectors were promoted to the next level of DSP.
Lanjar and provincial police head Ghulam Nabi Memon placed the rank and insignia of promotion on the new DSPs’ shoulders. The minister thanked them and sent his best wishes. “You are well aware of your obligations and tasks. “Make a mechanism for departmental development,” he instructed them.
He stated that the goal is to get the development process forward quickly. “We are having issues in Karachi and the Kutcha regions. I have complete trust in our cops and guys to root out criminals.
He also stated that he supports IGP Memon and the Sindh Police. “You will demonstrate your ability to combat crime by your responsibilities, experience, and skills. Your determination is to uphold the Constitution and the law while also providing service to mankind via your acts.
Memon informed the newly promoted officers that their success in the field is dependent on hard effort and competent fulfilment of tasks. “Your service career and experience requires you to fight relentlessly and stand firm against crime.” He instructed them to deal with offenders with a firm hand, utilizing their operational and investigative expertise. “I will fully help you bring the culprits to justice. The Sindh police make greater sacrifices than in other provinces. I’m proud of our martyrs and their families.”
