KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast hot and dry weather across most parts of Sindh over the next 24 hours, while Karachi and nearby areas may experience partly cloudy conditions with isolated drizzle.
Drizzle Expected in Karachi
According to the latest weather forecast, isolated places in Karachi and surrounding areas could receive drizzle. However, the possibility of drizzle is limited, with most of the province expected to remain hot and dry.
Karachi Weather Forecast
The PMD forecast suggests that Karachi will experience partly cloudy conditions alongside the possibility of light drizzle at some locations.
The latest PMD observations showed Karachi at around 31°C in the afternoon, with partly cloudy skies and no rainfall recorded since 8am.
Weather Across Sindh
Most districts of Sindh are expected to experience predominantly hot and dry conditions during the next 24 hours. The weather outlook indicates that the possibility of drizzle is mainly limited to Karachi and its surrounding coastal areas.
Karachi Temperature Outlook
The PMD’s current observations recorded a minimum temperature of 26.3°C in Karachi, while the maximum temperature had reached 32°C by the afternoon. Humidity was recorded at 66%, with southwesterly winds blowing at around 36 km/h.

Weather Remains Mostly Dry
Despite the possibility of isolated drizzle, Karachi is not expected to experience widespread rainfall under the latest forecast. Residents should therefore expect generally warm conditions, with partly cloudy skies in some areas.
