Uzma Khan — sister of Imran Khan — has been granted permission to meet him at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi. The approval comes after many prior attempts were allegedly blocked despite a court-ordered visitation schedule.
Before heading to the jail, security forces deployed additional personnel along main access routes and reviewed arrangements at checkpoints—reflecting concern over potential protests or gatherings around the jail.
Outside the jail, supporters of his party had mobilised, and authorities had imposed restrictions on gatherings under Section 144 across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
After the meeting, Uzma Khan described herself as free and unconditioned, saying that she would return with a “special message.”
