In Karachi, two young men were tragically killed in separate road accidents on Tuesday night. In the first incident, a 20-year-old motorcyclist died when a speeding water tanker struck his bike in the North Karachi area. Enraged residents gathered and threw stones at the tanker, even attempting to set it on fire before police intervened.
In the second accident on Super Highway near Pakistan Kanta, a 27-year-old motorcyclist named Muhammad Nawaz was hit from behind by a reckless truck and died on the spot. Rescue teams arrived and shifted his body to a hospital; the truck driver was subsequently taken into custody.
