A passenger coach lost control and overturned near Sharjah Market on the Hub River Road in Karachi, resulting in the deaths of two brothers and injuries to 11 others.
The victims, identified as 16-year-old Ali Shah and his 19-year-old brother Daniyal, were riding a motorcycle and were hit by the overturned coach and died on the spot.
Rescue teams responded, pulled out passengers trapped in the vehicle, and transported the injured to Civil Hospital Karachi for treatment.
The coach’s driver lost control at high speed, which caused the crash, and traffic on the main road was temporarily disrupted before being cleared by police.
Authorities have impounded the vehicle and launched an investigation into the incident.
