K‑Electric (KE) organised a Customer Facilitation Camp and open forum (“Khuli Kachahri”) at Abdullah Shah Noorani Basti in Korangi.
Residents were able to access services including bill-payments, new connection applications and resolution of meter issues on the spot.
KE said the event is part of its broader community-service initiative to bring services closer to consumers and improve engagement in underserved areas.
