Zong 4G has entered into a partnership with JDC Foundation to provide free medical diagnostic services to under-privileged communities in Karachi.
Under this collaboration, Zong will cover the cost of medical tests conducted at JDC’s diagnostic facilities, enabling JDC to expand its testing capacity and offer a wider range of services at no charge for patients who cannot afford routine screenings.
The initiative focuses on ensuring that accurate and reliable diagnostics—long acknowledged as critical for early detection and treatment of illnesses—are accessible to low-income individuals.
JDC, which already operates one of Karachi’s busiest free diagnostic centres, expects the additional support from Zong to ease the financial burden of medical testing for underserved groups and to help manage growing demand.
This partnership is framed by Zong as part of its broader corporate social responsibility efforts to invest in community wellbeing and essential health services.
