Cambridge University has revealed the results of Pakistan’s A and O Level examinations, marking an important milestone for students nationwide.
According to a spokeswoman, 683 schools in Pakistan took part in the tests this year.
Over 226,000 students applied for O Levels, with over 125,000 applying for A Levels. Over 100,000 students took both tests, demonstrating significant engagement in these globally renowned certifications.
Pakistan Studies, Islamiat, Mathematics, English, and Urdu were students’ most popular O Level subjects. According to the spokesman, business, computer science, physics, and mathematics were popular A-level courses.
Uzma Yousuf, Cambridge’s national director in Pakistan, praised the students for their devotion and hard work, pointing out that the tests were held in a safe setting. “Congratulations to all the students for their hard work and perseverance in these challenging times,” Yusuf told us.
According to Cambridge University, all results will be issued through Direct, regardless of whether applicants took their examinations or used the portfolio of evidence option. – supernews.pk
